Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Coordinator to join our Montreal office where you will play a key role within our creative and passionate team, working to deliver exceptional programming and results across multiple accounts in the fashion, beauty, hospitality and lifestyle sectors. You will support team members in the research, ideation, and execution of PR and social media campaigns that get noticed.

This is an entry-level position, and ideally, you have recently completed an internship in PR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help create innovative and exceptional programming that sets our clients apart
• Conduct detailed research to help the team create winning strategies and client programs
• Conduct media and influencer outreach, such as mailers and pitches
• Event support
• Social media support, including editing, caption writing and community management
• Manage product sample and image requests from media and influencers
• Monitor and analyze media and influencer coverage for client reporting
• Manage client product inventory

• A university degree in PR, Communications or social media
• 1-2 years of work experience in the industry
• Solid understanding of the Canadian media and influencer landscape
• Strong interest in the fashion and beauty industries
• Excellent writing and editing skills

Salary: 40K-50K plus benefits
