DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a FALL 2025 PR Intern to join our dynamic public relations team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support a variety of PR functions.

Our office is located in New York City. The work schedule is in-office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

We offer school credits.

Responsibilities

  • Editorial calendar research.
  • Monitor for press coverage and clip credits to share with manager.
  • Support sample trafficking and brand gifting efforts.
  • Compile and share meeting recaps for respective clients with the manager.
  • Develop media briefs for respective client editorial opportunities and meetings.
  • Develop face sheet for respective client events.
  • Maintain distribution lists in Muckrack.
  • Help maintain contact database.
  • Assist with showroom organization and mood board updates.
  • Manage social media content and scheduling for TBC account(s).
  • Update the social media calendar to ensure regular, consistent posting.
  • Maintain and update the TBC website with the latest content as necessary.
