Linda Gaunt Communications (LGC) is seeking an Associate Director with 4 years of agency or in-house public relations experience to join our team. This role will focus primarily on women’s and men’s RTW, accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute fully integrated PR strategies tailored to each client’s goals
Lead day-to-day client communications, managing expectations and reporting on activities
Craft creative pitches, partnership ideas, and activations that support larger strategies
Draft press materials, interview responses, talking points, and more
Place founder, brand, news, and product stories across national and regional media
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and stylists
Create and update media lists independently
Advise clients on affiliate marketing best practices as they relate to digital media
Plan and execute events and activations, from intimate gatherings to NYFW-scale productions
Mentor and supervise account managers, coordinators, and interns, ensuring work meets agency standards
Foster productive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and agency partners
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize quickly
National and regional brand experience
Proven event management skills
Established media relationships with a track record of successful placements
Strategic thinker and team player
