The Brandman Agency is looking for a highly motivated, strategic Digital Account Executive. The Digital Account Executive will join our digital team in helping create content and assisting with the strategy and overall success for our clients across various social media platforms. They will be given projects and tasks to execute both on their own and in a collaborative manner. The individual will be expected to bring interesting ideas to the table and help inspire future content and campaigns. This position is based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA, and is a hybrid position.
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in social media.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Stay proactive and anticipatory in addressing client needs.
Team Management
- Serve as the point contact for Digital Interns/Account Coordinators, giving direction on tasks and day-to-day responsibilities.
- Lead interview and selection process of Interns.
- Report back to senior leadership with any noteworthy items such as performance issues and/or wins.
Client Strategy
- Drive presenting new opportunities to senior leadership, greater team, and clients for implementation.
- Lead creative and strategic ideation for campaigns and content concepts.
- Contribute to client annual planning for social media initiatives.
- Assist with social media audits and client onboarding
Client Communication and Coordination
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships with senior leadership and ensuring seamless communication.
- Compile agendas for client meetings and share with clients ahead of calls.
- Take comprehensive notes during client meetings.
- Manage meeting invitations through Outlook using Teams.
Content Calendar Creation
- Lead the creation of monthly social media content calendars and address ad hoc content requirements.
- Create custom content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule social media posts using our content scheduling tool.
- Monitor various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and track conversation and content performance trends.
- Proactively identify new digital opportunities, emerging platforms, and content innovations to enhance client campaigns.
Influencer Management
- Assist in vetting, sourcing, planning, and reporting of influencer collaborations.
- Support in the development of curated lists of content creators, influencers, and creative professionals.
- Assist in influencer events and social-first content shoots.
Photography and Content Capture
- Captures dynamic, high-quality photos tailored for social media platforms, emphasizing visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Create shot lists and mood boards for content shoots.
Paid Social Media
- Lead and execute boosted post strategy.
- Report on paid performance and draw insights for future strategies.
Community Management
- Execute daily community management across multiple platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice for each client throughout content and conversations.
Analysis and Reporting
- Ensure compilation of error-free weekly and monthly client reports.
- Analyze analytics to measure the success of campaigns and provide insightful recommendations.
- Research travel and hospitality industry-related topics and trends.
Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $60,000-$65,000.
