Who we want…
Our agency is seeking a Digital Account Director with a proven track record in the medical aesthetics industry to lead and grow our client partnerships in the aesthetics and wellness space. You’ll work directly with leading a medical aesthetics brand to deliver best-in-class digital strategies that increase brand visibility, social media interactions, patient engagement, and revenue. This person will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients and an internal lead across digital strategy, creative, and campaign execution.
What you will do…
- Effectively build, manage and own client relationships for all of agency’s Digital clients in the medical aesthetics and beauty categories by developing an environment that consistently delivers high-performing, results-driven strategic and creative services
- Lead client partnerships in the medical aesthetics and beauty health space, including but not limited to brands offering injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, skincare, and cosmetic devices
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of the medical aesthetics category, including DTC lead generation, HCP engagement and education, and localized marketing for practices and med spas
- Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, media, content, performance, and production) to ensure high-quality deliverables, timelines, and business results
- Manage all legal, medical, regulatory reviews to ensure all public facing materials are compliant with FDA and FTC Regulations. Familiarity with Veeva is a plus.
- Guide the development of strategic thinking, creative production and performance reporting according to client needs while supporting agency-side business results and increasing profitability
- Be responsible for the implementation of world-class project management, both internally and externally, that supports always on-time delivery and profitability
- Create and oversee the debelopment of client decks and strategy and program overview documents
- Respond to day-to-day client needs and provide necessary information to all internal and external teams (i.e. production, design, talent, agencies, etc.)
- Leverage a creative and flexible approach to operations that allows you to work nimbly and quickly identify better ways to get things done
- Serve as a hands-on lead in the development of all in-category Digital pitches / proposals and support partner cross-functionally to cross-sell additional BMF engagements
- Stay up to date on trends in aesthetic medicine, emerging devices and technologies, and evolving patient behaviors
- Partner with Resourcing to build world-class teams and scalable, innovative staffing solutions around the world that produce award-winning Digital marketing and have fun doing it
- Manage, develop, and nurture direct reports, as applicable
- 5-7+ years of proven experience as a Client Relations Director / Manager or Relationship Director / Manager
- A track record of leading high-performing, award-winning Digital Marketing in the medical aesthetics category
- Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
- Superior problem-solving aptitude and the ability to make sound judgment calls
- Superior organizational and time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- A client or customer-oriented attitude

- Strong computer literacy
