Sara Byworth is a New York-based communications consultancy seeking an account executive across accounts in luxury and lifestyle. Candidates must have one to two years-experience, and be highly detail orientated and organized. Clients include Moda Operandi, Peter Pilotto, Tabitha Simmons, & Johanna Ortiz amongst others. 

An Overview of Responsibilities Include:

Updating and maintaining database of editor, influencer and VIP contacts; Tracking VIP seeding efforts to confirm placements and to share with clients; Compiling and pitching media alerts for VIP dressing; Compiling post event coverage reports; Creating specific and targeted pitch lists for various client initiatives; Managing front of house guest lists at client events; regularly working FOH at events

-2+ years of experience within the fashion, accessories and/or lifestyle communications field

-A working foundation of editorial contacts; stylist, VIP and influencer contacts are a bonus

-Mastery of MS Office; knowledge of Celebrity Intelligence & Fashion GPS is a bonus
