Leading the company’s social media efforts to increase brand awareness, organic growth, impressions and engagement. Supporting the acquisition of new customers & prospects while strengthening relationships with and maximizing the value of existing customers.
- Develop, plan, and launch content across all company social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube & Pinterest.
- Create and maintain short and long-term social media calendars
- Develop strategies to support product launches and to increase conversions around our editorial calendar/brand stories
- Drive growth development and engagement strategies
- Execute ROI focused social advertising campaigns
- Liaise with Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce and Wholesale on all initiatives.
- Identify and develop relationships with brand appropriate artists, music, festivals, influencers, exhibitions, etc. to integrate into social communications
- Track and monitor KPI’s
- Edit, post, and share content across all platforms
- Manage content across all social channels
- Maintain a thoughtful, insightful and engaging dialogue with our communities on all social channels
- Monitor conversations on social media properties; escalate to appropriate internal contacts to respond promptly and effectively
- Stay abreast of key industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights and emerging social media trends such as photography, postings, hashtags, etc. Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand
- At least 5+ years of social media strategy experience in luxury fashion, focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of current social media landscape
- Demonstrated ability to grow an engaged following
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop
