Infinity Creative Agency is seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator in Los Angeles who will support the larger team to execute strategies, day-to-day account projects and events across an array of clients. You will be responsible for supporting your account teams with monitoring, reporting, sample trafficking, and more. An ideal candidate has a positive outlook, confident approach and, most importantly, be a team player.
This role will report into the Jr. Managers, Managers, and Senior Managers as well as work alongside ICA’s wider team.

Responsibilities
- Acting as lead administrative support role sitting across assigned accounts, including note taking, agenda drafting and recaps, etc.
- Manage weekly reporting (i.e. agendas and recaps) ensuring teams are prepared with all information and client reporting is timely and thorough
- Manage monthly reporting ensuring managers are prepared for deadlines and all placements are accounted for
- Overseeing logistical support for client meetings
- Help support managers with list creation and organization
- Assisting the showroom team with inventory and pull/loan appointments
- Help facilitate initiatives and events
- Assist with organizing and staffing events when needed
- Assist with mailers and oversee interns through this process
- Consume local and national news and social media on a daily basis and stay up to speed on current industry news and trends
- Report directly into manager and/or junior managers
- Manage and train interns when applicable
Reporting & Insights
- Manage reporting across accounts ensuring documents are comprehensive and accurate (reports include campaign specific, weekly and monthly)
- Consume local and national news on a daily basis and stay up to speed on current industry news and trends
- Conduct competitive research and have awareness of relevant industry trends
Management
- Report directly to Jr. Manager, Managers, Sr. Managers
- Manage and mentor interns, etc.
