DESCRIPTION:

Lucky Chalm is seeking a creative, organized, and dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead key client accounts, drive impactful PR and influencer strategies, and oversee the internal team to deliver best-in-class results. You will be expected to operate at a high level — balancing creativity with rigor, speed with precision, and ambition with thoughtful execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, remaining focused while managing multiple moving parts and client priorities. You are a collaborative leader who brings both strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our events team, helping to shape and deliver highly visible activations that elevate our client brands. This is a leadership role: you will manage junior staff members and collaborate with senior leadership to drive client success. Domestic and international travel may be required to support client events, activations, and market launches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships across 6-8 accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel and recommendations
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring professional growth and excellence across the team
  • Develop and drive creative PR and influencer strategies that deliver meaningful editorial coverage, brand awareness, and cultural relevance
  • Pitch and secure top-tier media features, profiles, product placements, and awards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key editors, journalists, VIP stylists, tastemakers, and influencers aligned with our clients' target communities
  • Lead VIP and stylist seeding and placement programs to drive visibility across red carpet, street style, and social channels
  • Curate and manage influencer and KOL relationships with a sharp eye for relevance, trend leadership, and brand alignment
  • Collaborate closely with our events team to support PR-driven guest list strategy and VIP/influencer attendance at client activations
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of account management — from pitch execution to reporting and deliverables
  • Consistently meet deadlines and client goals in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment,
  • Travel as needed to support client activations (domestic and international)
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in PR/communications or brand marketing; agency background strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field required
  • Proven success leading accounts and managing both clients and internal teams
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to pitch and secure top-tier media coverage across fashion, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle media
  • Established relationships with VIP stylists and experience driving impactful celebrity placements
  • Deep knowledge of and connectivity within aspirational influencer and KOL communities relevant to our client brands Impeccable attention to detail — from written materials to execution and reporting
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities; experience managing and developing junior team members

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills Travel flexibility (domestic and international)
