We are looking for a talented sales professional to create, develop and manage our VIP Client Services. The VIP Client Director will look after our most valuable client relationships and offer a truly bespoke experience. As part of this client centric role, you will be responsible for using your existing portfolio of VIP clients for personally generating sales through strategic activities; spearheading all local trunk shows, client focused special events and managing personal shopping appointments while delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Leveraging your existing contacts, relationships, and network to drive business and generate sales, while maintaining strong relationships with our current customer base.
- Meeting the aggressive monthly sales goal while maintaining focus on premier luxury product.
- Constantly prospecting and developing new relationships and connections in order to drive business. These include stylists, personal shoppers, image consultants, etc.
- Supporting initiatives and action plans in bespoke services.
- Helping develop events and campaigns that will attract new clients and engage existing ones.
- Preparing client lists and help implement clienteling actions.
- Developing a specific action plan for each client to drive spend, retention and loyalty
- 5+ years of work experience in luxury personal shopping, image consulting or styling. Experience with fine jewelry is a huge plus.
- Must have a strong established clientele base of VIP clients (at least $1.5m sales / year).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding monthly goals.
- Critical knowledge of luxury brands. Great attention to detail and customer service.
- Ability to work nights/weekends when needed to accommodate the client’s request for an appointment.
- Specific understanding of the Ilene Joy brand, aesthetic, consumer and attitude.
- Specific understanding of all collections, products and stock availability.
- A high degree of business acumen, sophistication, and the ability to establish trust is mission critical. This position requires the person to work directly with very discriminating clientele.
