An Affiliate Manager at Dreamday is responsible for managing and growing our clients' affiliate marketing programs. Affiliate Managers work closely with clients, affiliates, and internal teams to drive the success and profitability of these programs. They have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Strategy
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Develop affiliate program policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Affiliate Management
- Manage affiliate relationships, and ensure that affiliates are effectively promoting clients' products and services.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that foster positive relationships with affiliates, and provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates.
Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through affiliate marketing programs by developing innovative strategies that increase traffic, leads, and sales.
- Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics, and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to improve program performance.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Executives and Coordinators, and develop a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration.
- Develop team members' skills and capabilities through training and coaching, and ensure that team members are aligned with the agency's vision and mission.
