DESCRIPTION:

A Senior Affiliate Manager is responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies for Dreamday’s clients, managing affiliate relationships, and driving revenue growth. Senior Affiliate Managers have a proven track record of driving business growth through affiliate marketing programs and managing large-scale affiliate networks. This is a senior-level position that demands strong relationship management, steadfast leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of success in managing and scaling businesses through affiliate marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Strategy

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop affiliate program policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Affiliate Management

  • Manage affiliate relationships, and ensure that affiliates are effectively promoting clients' products and services.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that foster positive relationships with affiliates, and provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through affiliate marketing programs by developing innovative strategies that increase traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics, and identify opportunities to optimize performance.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to improve program performance.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Executives and Coordinators, and develop a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Develop team members' skills and capabilities through training and coaching, and ensure that team members are aligned with the agency's vision and mission.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale affiliate networks.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proven track record of deadline-driven project management, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and implement forward-thinking strategies as a result.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and affiliates.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Deep understanding of large-scale Affiliate technologies/platforms (Impact, Rakuten Advertising, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN) is an absolute must.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Experience in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, PR, and email.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid social, and other digital marketing channels, and how they intertwine with the Affiliate channel, is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) is preferred.
