DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Manager, Paid Acquisition is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue for the company through paid media efforts and will be a critical part of the Paid Acquisition team’s success and growth. He or she will have hands-on experience directly overseeing and/or managing direct digital channels while also assisting the VP of Acquisition with progressing the strategic direction of the team and function. This role will work closely with their immediate Paid Acquisition team members and report directly into the VP of Acquisition.

Role Priorities:

- Drive new customer acquisition to Moda Operandi through paid media channels, constantly analyzing and managing to cost per acquired customer (CAC) and volume goals

- Effectively motivate, empower and direct agencies and in-house talent to make the most informed and effective decisions in media management

- Work with VP of Acquisition to effectively manage monthly channel budgets, forecasts and performance planning

Performance Requirements:

- Lead, create and manage effective reporting needs to best inform team on daily, weekly and monthly channel performance

- Develop monthly recaps of portfolio and channel performance as well as key strategic campaigns to best inform leadership and cross-functional teams on learnings and progress of team’s efforts 

- Ideate and oversee promotional planning process, collaborating with other channel owners while addressing seasonal and performance needs

- Work with media and creative teams to report on recent creative performance, ideate on new creative concepts and submit creative and asset requests 

- Oversee and act as in-house expert of all ad operation needs, including ad tracking, product feeds and pixel set-up

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5-8+ years online advertising experience focusing on performance/direct response marketing; customer acquisition marketing preferred

- Experience managing or overseeing critical channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Display or Direct Mail

- Strong relationship management skills

- Experience with international media and expansion is a plus

- Ability to oversee and manage multiple channel budgets and forecasting

- Fluent in ad operations (ad servers, pixel management)

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
