Battalion is looking to hire an Account Executive to work on a range of luxury and fashion clients. This candidate must have 2 years of agency PR experience, including in the menswear category, a genuine interest in fashion and luxury, and be a creative thinker with energy and enthusiasm.

Job Description:
Work with senior management to develop annual communication programs
Cultivate relationships with key media
Draft media alerts, press releases, backgrounders and other press materials
Craft and distribute pitches to appropriate editorial contacts, ability to secure placements
Plan and organize special events
Research and identify digital media opportunities
Develop and manage influencer campaigns
Supervise Junior Account Executives and interns
Organized self-starter with ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven project management skills
Positive attitude, discreet and professional manner
Preferred experience in marketing/communications industry and interest in the luxury/fashion industry is ideal
Knowledge of industry events, trends and culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
