Portrait Collection, the renowned hospitality brand from the Ferragamo family, showcased The Art of Italian Living with an exclusive event at Casa Tua’s private member’s club in New York City. Valeriano Antonioli, CEO of Lungarno & Portrait Collection, shared insights into the evolution of the brand during an intimate, convivial dinner all’italiana. The evening concluded with a demonstration of the classic Italian coffee ritual using the Alessi Pulcina Moka Pot—designed exclusively for Alessi by esteemed architect Michele DeLucchi, who also spearheaded the property’s restoration. Guests included Athena Calderone, Romilly Newman, and Joshua Glass.
The Portrait Collection, part of the Lungarno Collection, unveiled its flagship property, Portrait Milano. Set within the historic Archiepiscopal Seminary—Europe’s oldest seminary, dating back to 1564—the property underwent a remarkable transformation under the direction of Michele De Lucchi, with interiors by Michele Bönan. Closed for more than two decades, the building has been meticulously restored into a breathtaking destination.
In addition to Milan, Portrait hotels in Rome and Florence also draw inspiration from Salvatore Ferragamo’s legacy of innovation and craftsmanship, offering guests highly personalized experiences that redefine modern luxury hospitality
