SUGARCANE raw bar grill celebrated the opening of their third U.S. location at Empire Stores on the Dumbo waterfront with a lively music-filled party featuring DJs Mia Moretti and Chelsea Leyland and Hudson Horns, who got the crowd off their feet and dancing. The evening featured Chef Timon Balloo’s favorites from the eatery’s creative and globally inspired menu, as well as the restaurant’s signature cocktails.
