Innovative real estate developer Terra kicked off Art Basel Miami Beach with a launch party for Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences. The event took place in Miami's Design District in the project's recently completed sales gallery. To celebrate the building and Miami culture, CULTURED Magazine's Editor-in-Chief Sarah Harrleson moderated an engaging discussion on framing gastronomy through the lens of art and design. Panelists included Terra CEO David Martin, Michelin-Star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg of Yabu Pushelberg (the interior designer for Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences), and Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica (the architect for the building).
After the thoughtful discussion, guests of the private launch party mingled in the sales gallery and its two outdoor spaces and enjoyed cocktails and delicious hors d'oeuvres that offered a preview of this future building's culinary lifestyle.
