Jean’s, the downtown fashion haunt, just marked its one-year anniversary with a bash that felt so very New York. The dress code? American black tie or Canadian tuxedo—because why not? Guests were welcomed by a harpist, setting the tone for the effortlessly cool evening. In the bistro, Jean’s all-stars—the burger, lobster rolls, and pomodoro—held court alongside a decadent raw bar and a caviar station, spotlighting the talents of their new chef, Jake Dietrich. Meanwhile, the main dining room dazzled with a produce tablescape straight from co-founder Max Chodorow’s farm, inviting a stylish grazing moment. Dirty Jean’s, espresso martinis, and other signature cocktails were sipped while guests danced the night away to a set by DJ Stretch Armstrong. And, of course, no Jean’s celebration would be complete without a grand entrance from the big cookie, adding a sweet finish to an unforgettable night.
