The new residential condominium building Monogram New York unveiled its new penthouse level amenity suite, which is known as The Sphere. Guests sipped on cocktails and ate light bites while taking in the full-floor space’s incredible 360 degree views that include the Chrysler Building.
Attendees included key project leaders from the developer, Navigation Capital Group including Patrick Zhu, Scott Shea, Wendy Liu, and Jill Wu as well as the Monogram New York sales and marketing team including Ariel Tirosh, Jordan Shea, Alicia Dong, Sherri Shang, Ivan Tiourenkov, Lee Daisley and Genevieve Kissane from Douglas Elliman.
The Sphere is a sophisticated rooftop enclave that includes several terraces, a reading room with a fireplace, an intimate bar, and a private dining room and catering kitchen, all enveloped by expansive city skyline vistas that is accessible to all residents of Monogram New York, which is located at 135 East 47th Street, between Lexington and 3rd Avenues.
