Cosme recently celebrated its 10th anniversary at The Rainbow Room in New York City.
The 500-person, black-tie gala, powered by Resy, brought together a who's who of the hospitality world, hosted by chef Enrique Olvera and Casamata Group in honor of the Mexican fine dining institution.
Attendees such as Romilly Newman, Anna Polonsky, Superiority Burger's Brooks Headley, Roni Mazumdar of Unapologetic Foods, Nacho Jimenez of Superbueno, restaurateur Max Chodorow and influencer Woldy Reyes enjoyed Cosme-inspired bites, corn husk meringue sundaes, margaritas and flutes of Casa Dragones tequila as they danced till 2am to a live performance by world-renowned Latin cumbia group, La Sonora Dinamita.
