St. Regis Hotels & Resorts celebrated Jason Wu’s 10th Anniversary with an intimate Midnight Supper event for Jason and his closest friends and supporters. The sparkling chandeliers of the hotel's second floor were dimmed and the doors drawn closed to hide seductive candlelight and mysterious shadows of palm leaves dramatically silhouetted onto the gilded walls. With faint music hinting at the festivities beyond, only the chicest set was granted access to the intimate dinner party, just hours after Jason showed his latest collection at the landmark hotel, returning to the venue of his first breakout show 8 years ago. Decked in black tie, guests found the room, designed by Rebecca Gardner, anchored by a single long table nestled within a dramatic vine installation and studded with Saint-Louis crystal glassware and silver touches. White-gloved servers were at the ready to escort guests to their seats before presenting plates of caviar, lobster, truffles and filet.
