Chef, activist and founder of west~bourne, Camilla Marcus, and Citizens of Humanity celebrated the launch of Camilla’s cookbook “My Regenerative Kitchen” at NYC hot-spot Torrisi. Sponsored by Citizen of Humanity, the evening was a celebration of the regenerative movement across the culinary and fashion industries. Guests enjoyed a four-course menu and were outfitted in Citizens of Humanity and AGOLDE.
