As the vibrant fall season began to settle in, Saatva hosted a special “Designing for Comfort” event as part of DesignPhiladelphia’s 20th-anniversary festival lineup. The event invited local media, design professionals, and tastemakers to visit the Philadelphia flagship location and experience Saatva’s luxurious sleep products alongside a series of engaging wellness activations.
Guests were welcomed into the beautifully designed Viewing Room and a conversation led by Alison Barretta, a prominent sleep writer and mattress reviewer, and Kerry Offsey, Design Director at Hines Collective. They discussed the inspiration and design concept behind the flagship location, emphasizing how the space was designed to embody comfort and elegance.
Throughout the event, guests enjoyed soothing soundscapes curated by BetterSleep while being pampered with rejuvenating mini-facials provided by Glowbar and LED treatments from iRestore. To keep the energy up, a delicious breakfast spread was offered by Kismet Bagels, with refreshing organic cold-pressed juices from Pressed Juicery and bespoke caffeinated drinks from Pitcher Coffee.
Each attendee left with a thoughtfully curated gift bag filled with luxury products from Saatva and its partners, including items from Slumberkins, Meder Beauty, and more. The immersive and relaxing experience was a hit, allowing guests to start their day refreshed and to discover Saatva's state-of-the-art VR design technology firsthand in Philadelphia.
Notable guests included Margaret Eby, Alexandria Brooks, Jillian Wilson, Soma Mandal, Markus Goldman, Dana Oliver, Tomika Bryant, Shelia Vitruk, Brittiny Stewart, Zohray Brennan, and Madison Ruffin.
