The John Varvatos brand returned to New York Fashion Week after a five-year hiatus to debut their SS25 collection ‘Kiln & Craft’ beyond the wrought iron gates of an aged Upper East Side mansion. With Karl Aberg at the creative helm, the brand showed 25 looks, each one a celebration of the beauty of imperfection.
Defining the Spring collection is a deliberate sense of ease and fluidity, emulating the natural qualities found in ceramic techniques — unconventional yet profoundly elegant. Each garment, enriched with spontaneous handcrafted details, highlights the raw authenticity of fine materials, embodying the deep-rooted artisanal spirit that vibrates through the urban landscape of New York City.
The morning brought together notable celebrities and influencers as well as rising talent in film, fashion, and sports, including actor David Arquette, actor Claybore Elder, model Pietro Boselli, and many more.
