Emily Ratajkowski, Katie Holmes, Teyana Taylor, Alek Wek, and more celebrate the opening of Hourglass and Barneys New York limited time concept store in honor of Hourglass 20th Year Anniversary.
The worlds of beauty and fashion collide to celebrate the opening of Hourglass Cosmetics and Barneys New York concept store located at 14 Prince Street, with an immersive party at Elizabeth Street Gardens.
Guests entered through a mirrored hazy garden passageway, into a mystical, reimagined space filled with sensorial experiences, featuring lifesize Hourglass brush heads dressed by store designers at the center. Music by DJs Angel + Dren filled the space as guests were guided through blindfolded tastings, a bespoke dance show from renowned subway crew “Showtime,” as well as additional surprises at every turn throughout the maze.
Throughout the evening, guests were escorted to an exclusive preview of the whimsical concept store. Inside the Hourglass and Barneys pop up store, guests engaged with a life size poodle installation custom built with Hourglass products, a photo moment in a first of its kind porta-a-potty windblown dressing room, and viewed Hourglass and Barneys limited edition beauty offerings while sifting through racks of partner designers including Thom Browne, Marc Jacobs, KHAITE, KidSuper, Proenza Schouler, Luar, and many more.

The Hourglass and Barneys Concept Store will open to the public from September 5 to October 11. Open Mon- Sat 11-7 PM / Sundays 12-6 PM.
