CASA NEOS, the luxurious hospitality concept by Riviera Dining Group (RDG), celebrated its grand unveiling with an exclusive event. Immersing guests through the feeling of KAIROS, being in the right place at the right time, attendees were treated to a sensorial journey of Mediterranean-inspired bites, curated cocktails, hypnotic fire-dancers, and energetic live performances throughout the evening.
Setting a new standard for the five-star lifestyle experience as a first-of-its-kind for Miami, CASA NEOS debuted as a serene sanctuary designed to immerse guests in the refined essence of European summers intertwined with the Miami lifestyle, an experience that Riviera Dining Group has perfected with its iconic concepts MILA, MILA Omakase, MILA Lounge, AVA, MM; and now, CASA NEOS.
As guests stepped through the monumentally-sized, custom-made oak doors into the world of CASA NEOS, they were greeted with Moet & Chandon champagne to raise a toast to the night ahead. The buzzing space was framed by the floor to ceiling windows offering incredible vistas of the glistening Miami River.
Coinciding with the unveiling, Louis Vuitton presented a poolside takeover inspired by the Maison’s LVBy the Pool Resort collection, adorning the dock, restaurant patio, poolside and terraces with Louis Vuitton’s iconic motifs. A pop-up dedicated to the Louis Vuitton Women’s universe completed the experience, offering both classic styles and seasonal collections, as well as exclusive pieces.
The electric energy and celebratory vibes echoed through CASA NEOS while delicacies like Sterling Caviar, West Coast and East Coast oysters, Greek Branzino, freshly sliced 5 Jotas Jamon Iberico were served alongside bountiful passed bites such as Black Angus Prime beef tenderloin, and grass-fed Australian lamb chops, crafted by Head Chef Sebastian Lefort. Curated by Head Pastry Chef Etienne Le Bastard, artisanal pastries included rich chocolate lava cakes, sweet and aromatic violette pavlova, and exotic fruit panna cotta.
Enlivening craft cocktails from the sophisticated imagination of CASA NEOS Head Mixologist Manuel Zuluaga flowed from beginning to end, from the beautifully tiled first-floor bar to the custom-wrapped second-floor bar. The Solara, a bold, bright, and fruity cocktail, was poured down an elegantly-chiseled, sun-shaped ice sculpture, while six large-scale crystal decanters interspersed throughout CASA NEOS held an elixir named Luna, a refreshingly aromatic and floral cocktail, honoring the moon’s company throughout the evening. Christian Delpech, 19-time flair bartending world champion, accompanied CASA NEOS’ expert bar team and showcased his larger-than-life mixology skills with a memorable performance to celebrate the launch of this beacon of quiet luxury in the heart of The Magic City.
