Roche Bobois, the internationally acclaimed luxury furniture brand, celebrated its 50th anniversary in the United States with an exclusive event at its newly renovated Madison Avenue Showroom in New York City. The highlight of the celebration was the unveiling of 'Amazonia', a stunning monumental installation from the 'Valkyrie' series by world-renowned visual artist Joana Vasconcelos.
A key feature of the evening was a discussion between Joana Vasconcelos and ElissaAuther, the Chief Curator and Deputy Director of Curatorial Affairs at the Museum of Art and Design. Following the discussion, attendees enjoyed a cocktail reception with two special performances by Lindemann Artists from The Metropolitan Opera. Throughout the evening, guests had the chance to mingle, meet Joana Vasconcelos, and explore her unique furnishing collections created for Roche Bobois.
Martin Gleize, the International Director of Roche Bobois, delivered an inspiring speech to mark the occasion. The event attracted over 300 prominent guests, including notable Roche Bobois clients, interior designers, art industry professionals, VIP members, and influencers.
