Laura Kim, co-creative director of Oscar de la Renta and Monse, unveiled her inaugural homeware collection, designed exclusively for Crate & Barrel, with an intimate cocktail celebration at her Soho home. Guided by her discerning eye for high-design and innovative vision, this collection seamlessly melds natural beauty with contemporary flair, marking Crate & Barrel's debut collaboration with a fashion designer. Inspired by the ambiance of modern romantic dining, the collection showcases a meticulously curated selection of a hundred pieces for dining and entertaining.
Echoing this theme, guests were treated to a charming garden party at Laura's home, the very space that sparked the inspiration for this line. Guests indulged in specialty cocktails crafted by Martini & Rossi and Belvedere and toasted with champagne from Ruinart, marking a joyous celebration of the collection launch.
Guests from the evening included Laura Kim, Sebastian Brauer, Head of Design & Web 3 at Crate and Barrel, Designers Fernando Garcia, Prabal Gurung, Stylist Cristina Ehrlich, Chefs Christine Yi, Camille Becerra, Romilly Newman, Woldy Reyes, Bergdorf Goodman’s Chief Merchant Yumi Shin, Saks’ Fashion Director Roopal Patel, Artists Jane Yang - D'Haene, Peter Ashe Lee, Paul Arnhold and Tastemakers Ezra William, Tina Leung, Luke Meagher, Vanessa Hong, Yaminah Mayo, and Zach Weiss.
