Hamptons Social hosted a celebratory Summer Soirée in partnership with New York-based luxury ready-to-wear brand Figue to kick-off the season at Liz Lange’s private residence in East Hampton, the historical landmark Grey Gardens. Hosted by Lizabeth Zindel Wells, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Hamptons Social, and Liz Lange, CEO and Creative Director of Figue, in partnership with Cadillac, guests were welcomed to the one-of-a-kind event with delicious cocktails by Tequila Enemigo, wines from Wölffer Estate Vineyard, hors d’oeuvres by Art of Eating and music by singer Tom Wardle. Cadillac provided transportation for VIP guests and showcased their first all-electric SUV, the LYRIQ, and Diptyque scented the event with their Figuier (Fig Tree) candle.
The chic event saw notable guests including Candace Bushnell, David Burtka, Mary Leest, Consuelo Vanderbilt, Isaac Boots, Sophie Sumner, Teresa Sorkin, Sara Shala, Gabrielle Bluestone, Jesse Warren, Angela Boyer-Stump, Danielle Franz, Kelsey O-Connor, Tanya Willcock, Temidra Willcock-Morsch, Pamela Morgan and Denise Carlin, among others.
"Hamptons Social is thrilled to have hosted a celebratory soirée with Figue at Grey Gardens and offer guests a rare opportunity to visit the historic and breathtaking property. Liz Lange graciously opened the doors to her iconic home in East Hampton and the energy in the air was palpable as the chic crowd mingled by the pool, sipped on East Hampton Palomas, enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres, and explored the magnificent estate on a perfect June evening”, said Lizabeth Zindel Wells.
“It has been a pleasure to partner with Hamptons Social to celebrate summer, since it is a very special time of the year for Figue. It made me especially joyful to see so many guests dressed in Figue. The soiree was a gathering of color, fun prints, great chats, delicious cocktails and a very chic crowd. We also had the honor to present the new Figue tablecloths, which will launch later this month and it was delightful to see so much excitement about it”, said Liz Lange.
