Saks Chief Merchandising Officer Tracy Margolies and Stella McCartney hosted an intimate dinner at L’Avenue at Saks to celebrate the launch of Stella McCartney’s exclusive “Stellabration” eveningwear capsule at Saks. Guests were greeted by a mariachi band, a tequila cart and lifesize Saks and Stella McCartney piñatas as a nod to the Cinco de Mayo event date, followed by a three-course meal on a festive table adorned with mini sombreros, maracas and custom Saks x Stella bottles of Casamigos.

Stella McCartney’s limited-edition “Stellabration” capsule revisits red carpet dresses from the British designer’s archive, which were recreated for Saks in midnight tones alongside crystal-embellished accessories including the brand’s iconic Falabella bag and Elsa kitten heels – both handcrafted from vegan materials. In celebration of the launch, Saks Fifth Avenue New York has dedicated its legendary Fifth Avenue windows to the collection and will offer visual installations showcasing the capsule on the main and third floors of the store through May 18.
