Vestiaire Collective co-founder Fanny Moizant and North America CEO Samina Virk hosted a cocktail celebration with Academy Award winner and producer, Jessica Chastain and her longtime stylist Elizabeth Stewart. Jessica Chastain arrived at the event rewearing a Cong Tri Spring ‘24 dress from her recent Memory premiere in an effort to promote circularity and slow fashion.
The event, which took place at The Nines in NYC’s NoHo district, a downtown supper club by Jon Neidich, served as a kick-off to New York Fashion Week in honor of a new charitable closet sale - marking an exciting chapter for the company in the United States. Items from the sale include a white Carolina Herrera dress worn by Chastain to the premiere of The Good Nurse, a look worn by Julia Roberts while attending the recent Jacquemus show in Nice and donated by Roberts herself to Chastain in support of the sale, as well as a variety of other red carpet and street-style looks from Gucci, Roksanda, Stella McCartney, Dries Van Noten, Mach & Mach, and Off-White, to name a few.
A cast of industry notables were in attendance on the night, including top editors, stylists, influencers and VIPs. Guests mingled with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while enjoying a live DJ set by Jenny Albright.
