In recognition of National Weight Loss Awareness Month, The Center for Medical Weight Loss (CMWL) partnered with Fuze House, known for its state-of-the-art infrared-heated room, offering workouts in pilates and sculpt disciplines, to promote physical activity, mental health and overall well-being through a Hot Pilates class on Sunday, January 21st at 1PM. This exclusive experience's goal was to highlight the significance of incorporating mindful practices and guidance in achieving overall health goals.
Following the class, Dr. Kevin Jovanovic, a board-certified surgeon in Obstetrics and Gynecology introduced the Center For Medical Weight Loss programs, and spoke to the current trends in weight loss amongst society, followed by recommendations and advice on how to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Dr. Jovanovic then opened the floor for questions and the event concluded with closing remarks and gift bags to all attendees, including nutritional products from CMWL and activewear from The Pines.
