In celebration of the first release from its new Cask Curation Series, The Dalmore has opened the Cask Curation Lounge, a tasting room at the Yonge and Summerhill LCBO in Toronto. The Dalmore hosted media and creators for two intimate dinners catered by Chef Stuart Cameron of Bocado. Guests enjoyed Spanish tapas along with cocktails infused with Gonzalez Byass sherry, in celebration of the new collection.
Open to the public until October 31, The Dalmore will host complimentary consumer tastings and bottle engraving of The Dalmore purchases on select dates. Through tasting select bottles from The Dalmore’s impressive principal range of whiskies, guests will be able to explore some of the flavours highlighted in The Sherry Edition of the Cask Curation Series as well as anticipated future editions of the yearly release. There are only 150 sets available globally.
