Veronica Beard kicked off summer with a stylish fair on Tuesday, June 20th at the Serpentine Gallery in London. Hosted by co-designers Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard, the fête brought together the brand’s UK supporters. The iconic Serpentine Gallery was transformed into a veritable fairground for the evening, complete with carnival stalls and a roving brass band. Guests enjoyed traditional fare — mini fish and chips, pulled chicken sliders, and “posh dogs”—and played classic carnival games such as a Hook a Duck, Ball and Bucket and Coconut Shy. Partygoers had a chance to win Veronica Beard prizes such as the iconic Miller Dickey Jacket, as well as goodies from Charlotte Tilbury, Daniel Galvin, 34 Mayfair, Elemis, and Nécessaire. Throughout the night, a roving brass band entertained guests. A tarot card reader was also on hand to read attendees' fortunes.
As the event continued into the evening, guests sat down to enjoy the carnival-inspired bites while DJs Amber Le Bon and Sydney Lima took the stage. After dinner, guests took to the dancefloor for the DJ’s upbeat set. Veronica Beard London opened last year on Bruton Steet and offers the brand’s full ready-to-wear collection including their cult classics collection as well as outerwear, dresses, jeans, tops, and footwear.
