Tastemakers and influencers from the worlds of design, fashion, art, entertainment, hospitality, and business gathered to celebrate the unveiling of RH England, The Gallery at the historic Aynho Park. Guests enjoyed performances by Idris Elba, SHALLOU, Kate Simko and London Electronic Orchestra, and were treated to food and beverage offerings from the brand’s restaurants, including a live fire tasting in The Orangery and wood-fired pizzas from The Loggia, canapés by Cellar Society, fresh bellinis by Cipriani London, and Vesper Martinis by Alessandro Palazzi.
A Magnificent 17th-Century, 73-Acre Estate, RH England, The Gallery at the historic Aynho Park marks the beginning of the retailer’s global expansion and represents the most inspiring and immersive physical expression of the brand to date. Spanning over 60 rooms, this unrivaled experience seamlessly integrates luxury home furnishings collections from RH Interiors, Contemporary, Modern, and Outdoor with rare art, antiques, and artifacts from across the globe.
Upon arrival, guests will discover a pedigreed property listed among England’s rare Grade 1 buildings - which include Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament – that has been meticulously restored and reimagined with great respect for its original vision.
Once inside the Gallery, visitors will be greeted by the Aynho unicorn – a regal mascot symbolizing fantasy, rarity, purity, and protection – and concierges dedicated to dining and design who can assist with RH England’s array of services and experiences.
Directly to the south of the entrance hall, guests will find the salon, an elegant sitting room leading to The Tea Salon, The Sir John Soane Exhibition, and The Architecture and Design Library on the westward side. To the east of the salon, guests will discover the wine lounge and The Orangery - a live-fire dining experience.
The east wing, which was once the stable block, brewhouse, and workshop, will host The Conservatory – an American bistro offering an elevated interpretation of enduring classics – opening in fall 2023 – and The RH Interior Design Studio, providing an unprecedented level of professional design services.
Formerly the servants’ quarters, the west wing now presents artistic installations featuring luxury home furnishings collections from internationally renowned designers. Just off this wing, guests will find The Loggia – a restaurant and wine bar in a relaxed.
Guests included Zoe Saldana, Sydney Sweeney, Regé-Jean Page, Michelle Dockery, Jourdan Dunn, Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi, and more.
