NET-A-PORTER and The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering hosted the Winter Lunch at DANIEL Daniel Boulud’s signature restaurant. Sponsored by NET-A-PORTER, this elegant event was co-chaired by Shoshanna Gruss, Meredith Melling, Claudia Overstrom, and Virginia Wettlaufer Tomenson.
160 guests enjoyed cocktails and a seated lunch,which included remarks from The Society of MSK’s President, Lavinia Branca Snyder! and! NET-A-PORTER Vice President of Global Buying, Sarah Rutson, Dr. R. Scott Dingeman from the Department of Pediatrics at Memorial Sloan Kettering spoke about The Society’s newest initiative, the newly formed, multidisciplinary Pediatric Pain & Palliative Care Team (PACT) at MSK, which is committed to developing and providing the most advanced therapies to reduce pain and suffering associated with childhood cancers and their treatments. The lunch raised over $250,000.
