In celebration of Super Bowl LVII in Glendale Arizona, Rémy Martin hosted guests for a special watch party at Midnight Theater in New York City. The brand’s debut 60-second spot went live for the first time ever to viewers nationwide during the first quarter of the game, starring global tennis superstar, cultural icon, philanthropist, and champion for women everywhere, Serena Williams. Entitled “Inch by Inch,” the campaign spotlights how teamwork drives success forward by shining a light on the many ways teams achieve greatness, which stems from a common goal of the pursuit of excellence. The ad spot was inspired by the iconic football film Any Given Sunday from Warner Bros. Pictures, in which the famous “Inch by Inch” speech was recited by fictional coach Tony D’Amato.
The evening’s festivities were hosted by DJ Suss One, who welcomed guests as they mingled between the theater room and an interactive area filled with group activities and games for guests to enjoy while they sipped on Rémy Martin cognac. As guests settled into their seats for kick-off, they were offered an array of delicious Super Bowl cocktails, like The Rémy VSOPMule and The Rémy 1738 Sidecar to elevate their game day celebrations. Special guests included model Chanel Iman and her New England Patriots beau Davon Godchaux, along with Jessica Wang, Anthony Urbano,and Igee Okafor were seen excited for the countdown to Rémy Martin’s ad spot launch with cocktails in hand.
