A host of celebrities gathered at Cipriani 42nd Street for the National Board of Review Gala. Attendees included Kristen Stewart, Jessica Chastain, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Robert De Niro, Samuel L. Jackson, and Jennifer Jason Leigh, who took the best supporting actress award for her role in The Hateful Eight. Among the other winners of the night were Matt Damon for his performance in The Martian, Brie Larson for her work in Room, as well as Creed actor Sylvester Stallone and 8-year-old breakthrough actor Jacob Tremblay.
