Authentic Hospitality’s Georgia Room and Bar Calico celebrated their first anniversary since opening in November 2021 over an evening of music, drinks, and bites in the vibrant spirit of Día de Los Muertos.
Georgia Room featured musical programming by Ilegal Mezcal with Salt Cathedral on the decks and a surprise, live rock n’ roll performance. Friends of the space, Tacombi, offered antojitos, including an off-menu exclusive, Tacos de Birria, as late-night snacks. Bar Calico also debuted Head Bartender Trevor Langer’s new cocktail menu, an inventive list of 13 tipples inspired by the bar’s namesake, Georgia O’Keeffe, and her adventurous playfulness. Cocktails were provided by Bacardi, with wine by Pernod.
