The Rug Company celebrated its collection with Chihuly Studio, Masterpieces, at the Chihuly Boathouse Studio in Seattle, WA. As the inspiration behind the stunning rug designs, a Persian Spinner glassblowing demonstration was the highlight of the night for attendees.
The Masterpieces collection features five rugs showcasing silk motifs and accents layered on wool backgrounds to create the illusion of transparency and the delicacy of glass. The Rug Company and Chihuly Studio toasted their mutual dedication to artisanal techniques alongside Rachel Gallaher of GRAY Magazine, NB Design Studio, Pulp Design Studios, and Olson Kundig.
