Alex Prager debuted her new short film, Run, with an intimate group of industry leaders and close friends. The evening began with a screening of the film, followed by an in-conversation with Alex Prager, Katherine Waterston, and Tabitha Denholm.
Starring Katherine Waterston, Run is an 8-minute short film that directly responds to a period of cultural ambivalence and uncertainties. The film urgently examines the collective will to exist and explores the opportunities for empathy, participation, and the absurd present in everyday life. Filling the room with operatic sound composed by Ellen Reid and Philip Glass, Prager presents a timeless and universal visual world.
