Audemars Piguet CEO, Francois-Henry Bennahmias, CEO N. America, Xavier Nolot and Westime Founder, John Simonian and President Greg Simonian were joined by Audemars Piguet brand ambassadors Serena Williams and Freida Pinto as they celebrated the grand opening of the Company’s fourth boutique in the United States on the world famous Rodeo Drive.
The Beverly Hills boutique, which is located in the picturesque shopping arcade Two Rodeo was the perfect backdrop to recreate the Company’s Swiss roots. A white neon sign reading “Welcome to Le Brassus Hills” and reminiscent of the famed Beverly Hills sign hung overhead as guests ascended a flight of stairs to enter the party. During the festivities after a ceremonial ribbon cutting, the façade of the boutique was illuminated in white lights followed by a snowfall of white confetti. Further Swiss touches included food and drink like traditional raclette presented by servers dressed “chalet chic” in cream, white and grey ski resort attire. Other Swiss-inspired décor included a fire pit, cabins housing the DJ, watchmaker and food stations as well as an interactive photo station with light snowfall.
Other notables included Alessandra Ambrosio, Don Cheadle, James Corden, Miguel Cotto, Corey Gamble, Kevin Hart, Johannes Huebl, John Mayer, Joel McHale, Omarion, Pras Michel, Nicole Murphy, Olivia Palermo, Erica Pelosini, Jeremy Piven, Kiss drummer Eric Singer and Sylvester Stallone.
The 1,342-square-foot boutique offers the full range of Audemars Piguet’s collection. The three-level boutique, featuring oak, Vals stone, and metallic surfaces, evokes the natural beauty of the Vallée de Joux region in Switzerland where Audemars Piguet timepieces have been crafted for over 140 years.
