The Black Artists + Designers Guild (BADG) celebrated their inaugural BADG OF HONOR, an immersive experience, awards ceremony, and fundraiser to celebrate Black imagination at Samsung 837 in New York with National Media Sponsor Interior Design Magazine.

During the awards ceremony, led by MC and BADG Maker Kesha Franklin, five BADG of HONOR award recipients were recognized for honoring their ancestral legacies in art and design, taking ownership of their narrative, and creating spaces to celebrate Black creativity and culture.

Notable guests included Annie Block, Asad Syrkett, Brad Ford, Hadley Keller, Isoul Hussein Harris, Ivy Jones, Jamie Drake, Kaitlin Petersen, Kimberli Gant, Mikel Welch, Nate Lewis, Phyllis Hollis, Grace Lynne and more.
