Art and Design Gallery, Tuleste Factory, owned by Satu and Celeste Greenberg, hosted a buzzy opening for “Dreamscapes” and “Mindscapes.” The exhibition features two simultaneous solo shows by artists Abi Polinsky and Lyora Pissarro + The Allaux Brothers. Artists explore the elusive nature of the inner psyche from vastly different perspectives.
Abi Polinsky is a photographer and visual artist based in New York City. Polinsky’s process comprises extravagant set design, experimental lighting, and color processing. Abi’s solo show “Dreamscapes” at Tuleste Factory sees the artist’s most unconstrained work to date. For the exhibition, Polinsky fully submits to his instincts and makes his subconscious materialize through his photography.
Based in Brooklyn, Lyora Pissarro is a multidisciplinary artist. Rooted in impressionistic theories of light, Pissarro paints utopian landscapes. However, Pissarro’s work looks beyond fleeting moments. Lyora’s solo show “Mindscapes”, in collaboration with The Allaux Brothers, embraces light art to accentuate her oil on board work. This symbiosis captures the fluctuating nature of external and internal landscapes. Each of the artworks in this series are sold with a unique NFT.
