Perrier-Jouët hosted "1 With Nature", a tasting experience and sensorial discovery of Perrier-Jouët Champagne in symbiosis with nature, hosted by Chef Sophia Roe at the 1 Hotel Central Park.
Guests were enchanted with three courses of curated seasonal dishes, created by Sophia in partnership with cellar master Séverine Frerson, paired with a variety of award-winning Perrier-Jouët Champagnes to reveal the rich nuances of the signature Chardonnay grape. The ongoing experience embodies the ethos of Maison Perrier-Jouët, with nature at the heart to arouse the senses and guide and enhance the tasting at every stage.
