Perrier-Jouët hosted "1 With Nature", a tasting experience and sensorial discovery of Perrier-Jouët Champagne in symbiosis with nature, hosted by Chef Sophia Roe at the 1 Hotel West Hollywood.
Guests were enchanted with three courses of curated seasonal dishes, created by Sophia in partnership with cellar master Séverine Frerson, paired with a variety of award-winning Perrier-Jouët Champagnes. Brand ambassador, Elise Cordell, did an excellent job explaining the evolution of the House as well as giving background information on each pairing and how the sensorial experience enhances the wine. The experiential portion of the event really differentiates this experience from other dinners and it was evident that the guests appreciated the ways in which Elise shares her breadth of knowledge.
