Sarah Harrelson, Editor-in-Chief of CULTURED Magazine, and art dealer, consultant, and gallery owner Max Levai hosted an intimate cocktail party in Montauk in celebration of Hamptons issue cover star and critically-acclaimed actor and producer Morgan Spector. The event took place at The Ranch, Levai’s 26-acre farm turned exhibition space, featuring expansive sculptural installations by Los Angeles-based artists Nancy Rubins, Paul McCarthy, and Matt Johnson. Event partners included world-renowned ultra-premium tequila brand Tequila Don Julio and clinical luxury skincare brand 111SKIN.
Notable attendees included Sarah Harrelson, Morgan Spector, Max Levai, Cynthia Rowley, Ulla Johnson, Tinx, David Zwirner, Monica Zwirner, Clare Vivier, Marc Payot, and more.
The current art installations at The Ranch include LA Monumental, a group exhibition featuring three monumental sculptures titled Friends of Pluto (2026), Sisters (2013), and Meditating Figure (2026) by respective artists Nancy Rubins, Paul McCarthy, and Matt Johnson realized through distinct materials, forms, and approaches to scale. Unscared by scale and the limits of fabrication, the artists demonstrate how a distinct brand of monumentality belongs to Los Angeles art-making. Additionally, The Ranch is pleased to present Nancy Rubin: Drawing and Sculpture, installed inside the Western Barn. The exhibition brings together seventeen drawings spanning over 15 years of production, dating from 2005 to 2021.
Singer-songwriter and pop sensation Diva Smith brought the dance floor to life and captivated guests with an electrifying set. Guests enjoyed canapés and an elevated cocktail program courtesy of Diageo Rare & Exceptional, featuring Tequila Don Julio cocktails and special neat pours of Tequila Don Julio Ultima Reserva, a rare extra añejo tequila that contains notes of apricot and orange, complemented by a velvety agave finish. Attendees were treated to custom facials courtesy of 111SKIN to prepare for the evening and give their skin a summer glow, also taking home gifts in limited-edition CULTURED totes.
