Spring Café Aspen founder Sabrina Rudin and friend Jordan Salcito, CEO & Founder of Drink Ramona, hosted an intimate dinner to kick off the restaurant's highly anticipated winter menu. Guests indulged in seasonal dishes, expertly paired with a delicious array of organic wines. The mains include tasty vegan/gluten free spaghetti squash with tempeh bolognese and wild mushroom risotto, sublime veggies sides and a mouth watering variety of cookies and pumpkin bread.
