Caviar Russe hosted an exclusive preview event for The Bar at Caviar Russe, the new raw bar, cocktail lounge, and caviar boutique located on the ground floor of their recently-opened Madison Avenue flagship. The event started off with champagne to toast the debut of the new bar, as attendees mingled and explored Caviar Russe's sleek new 14 seat marble bar and plush 28 seat lounge. There were elegant passed bites of caviar cones, tuna tartare with caviar, quail eggs with caviar, foie gras bon bons, and mini caviar baked potatoes that people enjoyed throughout the evening. The sounds of martinis shaking, bottles popping, and the musical talents of DJ Faz fueled the event late into the night.
