ETRO and Daily Front Row feted the Spring/Summer 2021 collection with an intimate garden luncheon at The Reform Club in Amagansett. To celebrate the Italian Riviera-inspired collection, Maison Benjamin created a menu to transport guests there from afar. The meal began with Italian riviera-style cantaloupe melon and heirloom tomato carpaccio, followed by Maison Benjamin's extra virgin olive oil and asparagus risotto with flaky salmon and aged balsamic truffled radicchio chiffonade. Artigiani del gelato lemon sorbet with Protofino's limoncello curd was served for dessert.
